-Returns- 

We put all our knowledge and energy to offer you quality items that meet your expectations. Nevertheless, if your purchase does not suit you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to return it.

• It is necessary to attach the delivery note to your return so that it can be identified by the receiving warehouse. 
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition. Any item worn or damaged will not be refunded.

1. France :  

• Inform us of your return by e-mail at zoe@c-oui.fr, specifying your name and first name and the reference of your return.
• We'll send you return label within 2 days. 

2. Europe : You are responsible for the transport costs. The return is under your responsibility, we advise you to send it by tracked parcel.

• We'll send you the address to return your article within 2 days.
