The collection and processing of this data meets the following purpose(s):

• Shipping of orders

The company is likely to keep certain personal data beyond the above-mentioned deadlines in order to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations.

Within the framework of the shipments of the products ordered by the buyer, C-Oui reserves the right to communicate the postal addresses, the email addresses and the telephone numbers to its delivery partners.
These partners are :

• Colissimo
• DHL

Article 3.5 : Cookies policy

In the context of performance analysis, the C-Oui website uses cookies in order to know the behavior of its users.
Cookies are used in particular by Google Analytics and Facebook.

The user can choose to refuse or accept these cookies via the Axeption extension at the bottom left of the site.

ARTICLE 5: THE USER'S RIGHTS REGARDING THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF DATA 

Any user concerned by the processing of his or her personal data may avail himself or herself of the following rights, pursuant to the European Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act (Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978):  

• Right of access, rectification and right to erasure of data (laid down in Articles 15, 16 and 17 of the GDPR respectively);

ARTICLE 6: CONDITIONS OF MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The publisher of the c-oui.fr website reserves the right to modify the present Policy at any time in order to ensure that the users of the site comply with the law in force. 

Any changes will not affect previous purchases made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in effect at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user at the time of purchase.
